MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
SR CRM Developer: MS Dynamics (CRM) for on premise Microsoft .NET Framework. The Sr. CRM Developer will assist a small team of Developers and Sr. Systems Administrators with the following tasks:
  • Complete logical design, identify, define, validate and approve technical approach for the solutions components based on the logical design, translate business processes into platform abilities (e.g. selecting CRM Business Process Activites vs. Workfows vs. Custom Plugin vs. REST based Web Resource), determine and design solution mockups,
  • Highly proficient code development ability
  • Ability to follow Agile development methodology utilizing existing tools
  • 8+ years of significant practical and technical experience in a Microsoft development environment, DYNAMICS CRM/XRM 2013 (on premise),
  • 8+ year's practical and technical experience in .NET (C# and/or VB.NET, XML, web services, etc.)
  • Experience writing software in .NET, JavaScript and HTML5
  • Develop plug-ins for Dynamics CRM/.NET based applications
  • Experience with JavaScript to customize UI/combination of JavaScript and C#

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics out of the box entities, role based, security, configuration capabilities.
