Our client is a roadway system, and as a part of their digital transformation, they are implementing a solution based on SAP BRIM & Microsoft Dynamics CE.
Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking a Junior MS Dynamics CRM Data Migration Developer to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have an opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing data migration solutions using KingswaySoft and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Support data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading activities for Dynamics CRM/365 implementations.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages.
  • Participate in data mapping, reconciliation, and validation activities.
  • Assist with migration of structured and unstructured data, including attachments and correspondence records.
  • Support testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and project teams.
  • Help troubleshoot data migration and integration issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation and migration support materials.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using KingswaySoft for Dynamics CRM/365 data migration projects.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development experience.
  • 5+ years of strong SQL Server and SSIS development experience.
  • Experience in extracting and loading data between legacy SQL databases and Dynamics CRM environments.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and data validation methodologies.
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including images and correspondences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting CRM implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience within tolling, transportation, utility, or back-office environments preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or related development lifecycle tools is a plus.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Certifications (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.
  • Microsoft SQL Server certifications preferred.
  • KingswaySoft training or certification preferred.
