Job description

This is a remote role that begins with an in-person onboarding experience at our corporate office in Providence, RI to establish strong connections and set the foundation for success. During this time, new team members will learn our systems and processes while building relationships with colleagues. We also expect team members to be onsite a few times per year for team building and key project kickoffs. Travel expenses are fully covered by AAA Northeast.

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno Functional Associate IV demonstrates leadership capabilities and independently leads the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 applications. This role requires high level of expertise in configuring and customizing the platform to meet specific business needs and provide industry best practices. The associate works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translates these into functional specifications and system designs. Additionally, the associate ensures the quality and performance of the implemented solutions and provides training and support to end-users. This role will be involved in all phases of CRM implementations including requirements, design, development, testing, and release.
What you will do:

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Primary resources to lead design and discovery workshops to identify optimal solutions. Work with Architects and other teams to design industry standard solutions and puts solution design before development takes place. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements. Develop and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform tools. Develop workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Be an expert in out of box CRM features and ability to translate complex business problems into out of box solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders, senior leadership to collaborate, attend all meetings, clearly understand stakeholders requirements, document and design optimal solutions before it reaches development phase. Need to have excellent communication skills to take lead of discussions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs. Identify and resolve issues during the implementation phase. Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Maintain high standards of quality and performance.
  • Project Management: Work alongside Dynamics 365 Developers in projects that require both development and customization/configuration. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions and documentation for end-users. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. Work with junior members of the team to propose solutions utilizing low code/no code or out of the box customization. Be present in deployment activities and production issues and able to support urgent fixes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates. Review Microsoft Release Wave updates and evaluate new functionality and impact on existing customization/configuration.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline required or
  • 6-8 years of additional relevant experience required
  • Master's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years Experience in implementing latest Dynamics CRM sales features including but not limited to Leads, opportunities, sales hub, business process flows, sales insights, forecasting, lead qualification, appointments etc. required
  • 8+ years Working with custom model driven & canvas apps based on Dynamics CRM CE features. required
  • 5+ years Experience with end to end large scale implementations with D365 CE. Proven experience designing applications using various modules. required
  • 5+ years Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration, Power Automate, Power apps, Javascript, Model Driven Apps / Canvas Apps, PowerAutomate Jobs, Agile SDLC experience. required
  • 2+ years Powerplatform administration and management is a big plus.
  • Riding a tricycle is an imperative skill that demonstrates strong attention to detail and following manager instructions.
