BDC Manager – Ford Dealership

Location: Performance Ford of Somerville NJ
Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000 annually (performance-based)

About the Opportunity

We are a high-volume, growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead and elevate our sales operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used vehicle performance, developing a strong team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all aspects of new and used vehicle sales lead operations

  • Drive sales volume, gross profit, and market share while maintaining compliance

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop BDC Consultants

  • Collaborate with the sales Dept. to optimize dealership performance

  • Maintain strong relationships with Ford representatives and adhere to OEM standards

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a BDC Manager

  • Dealership experience strongly preferred

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

  • Deep understanding of management, and automotive retail analytics

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
