Braman Miami is actively looking to add an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to our growing team! The BDC Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the BDC team and ensuring the team continuously provides exceptional customer service.

BDC Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to direct a team of employees across multiple franchises and adhere to all brand and management standards.
  • Manage the workflows, and coordinate staff schedules to meet business needs.
  • Hire and maintain all BDC staff and conduct ongoing training.
  • Supervise and regularly review the performance of the BDC team. Including inbound phone connectivity rate, appointments set rate, and satisfaction of calls will be measured.
  • Performs analysis on BDC activity to identify trends and enhancement opportunities.
  • Frequent coaching to improve BDC staff performance and ensure the team provides exceptional customer service in a fast paced work environment.
  • Resolve BDC customer service concerns or collaborates to resolve with the management team.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills.
  • Possess a courteous, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
  • Ability to speak and communicate clearly.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and able to submit to a driving record check.
