Qualifications

• Previous automotive BDC, service BDC, call center, customer service, or dealership experience preferred.

• Strong phone, email, text, and customer communication skills.

• Ability to schedule appointments, handle follow-up, and manage multiple customer conversations.

• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership or call center environment.

• Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
