King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on 756 Smithtown Bypass in Smithtown NY, is seeking to hire an Internet BDC representative.  The King family has represented the American brand for almost 50 years!

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
  • Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used vehicle sales
  • Answer inbound calls, set appointments, assist customers as necessary
  • Daily outbound call campaigns to set appointments for Sales Department  (service customers in need of new vehicle, out of warrantee, declination of services, etc.)
  • Coordinating appointments via phone, text and email.
  • Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales or service lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
  • Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
  • Complete product and sales/service training as requested by BDC
  • Track all activity in the CRM (Customer Relations Management) Tool
  • Must be able to prioritize your day and multi-task
