Job Summary:


BDC Representatives act similar to a liaison between the sales department and prospective customers searching for either a new or pre-owned vehicle. The position is mainly focused on scheduling sales appointments while also supporting other functions of the sales department as necessary.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles guest correspondences with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction;
  • Receives inbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicles;
  • Conducts outbound communication on new and pre-owned vehicles;
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers, and providing general or related vehicle information;
  • Maintain and communicate exceptional product inventory knowledge;
  • Gather and track customer data as directed and accurately enter into CRM;
  • Facilitate timely follow up on internet leads;
  • Employee must be onsite to perform job duties;
  • Performs other related duties consistent with the role and function of the specification as assigned. This does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
