Job description

Position: Part-Time Outbound Centralized Scheduling Agent (Outbound Focus)
We are seeking motivated, self-directed individuals to join our team as Part-Time Centralized Scheduling Agents, specializing in outbound customer communication. This role plays a key part in driving service traffic and maintaining customer engagement across our automotive group.
This is an outbound-focused position responsible for contacting customers to schedule service appointments, follow up on missed opportunities, and support overall retention efforts.
Schedule:
  • Part-time position with flexible scheduling within the team hours of Mon - Fri 8am - 6:30pm and Sat 8am - 3pm
  • Evening and weekend availability preferred
  • Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule is required
  • Ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income with performance-based earnings

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to customers for service scheduling and follow-up
  • Re-engage inactive customers and recover missed service opportunities
  • Accurately schedule appointments and document all customer interactions
  • Maintain a professional, confident tone on every call
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals
