FULL-TIME position available for Automotive Service Department Call Center representative wanted for family-owned Cadillac/GMC/Hyundai/Genesis  dealership in Laguna Niguel, California. 

Customer Service Call Center position requires a focus in Customer Service & Phone Etiquette. Taking inbound phone calls, scheduling service appointments and making outbound service follow up calls.

Prior call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
