BDC Manager – Beckley Chevrolet
Beckley Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, high-energy BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center. This is not an entry-level position—we're looking for someone who understands how to maximize internet and phone opportunities, coach a team, and consistently deliver qualified appointments to our sales department.

Responsibilities- Manage all incoming internet and phone leads.
- Ensure every customer receives a prompt, professional, and engaging response.
- Set and confirm high-quality sales appointments.
- Lead, coach, and develop the BDC team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators including response times, appointment rates, show rates, and sold percentages.
- Work closely with the sales management team to maximize appointment success.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure proper follow-up on every opportunity.
