We’re growing fast and looking for enthusiastic team members to join our Business Development Center (BDC).

Position: BDC Representative

As a BDC Representative, your role is focused on call-backs, follow-ups, and lead management. You will be responsible for re-engaging customers, generating and following up on leads, and ensuring that every customer inquiry receives timely and professional attention.

Responsibilities:
  • Call back customers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, service follow-ups, and promotional campaigns.

  • Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources.

  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with store managers.

  • Track leads and opportunities through CRM systems.

  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the D.I.B Automotive Group brand professionally.

  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with every customer interaction.

Requirements:
  • Previous automotive industry experience is required.

  • Previous BDC, customer service, or call center experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong computer skills (CRM experience a plus).

  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
