AUTOMOTIVE BDC REPRESENTATIVE – NOW HIRING
Mike Terry Chevrolet | Mexia, TX

Mike Terry Chevrolet is actively seeking a motivated, energetic Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team in Mexia, Texas. This role is perfect for individuals with strong phone skills, telemarketing experience, or a background in customer engagement who are looking for great pay, a positive work atmosphere, and long-term career growth in the automotive industry.

As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—handling inbound calls and online inquiries, setting showroom appointments, and supporting the sales team by driving traffic and opportunity.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to online customer inquiries

  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom

  • Follow up with customers, including missed or “no-show” appointments

  • Log customer information accurately in the CRM system

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory, products, and promotions

  • Provide professional, friendly customer service at all times

  • Assist with outbound calls and lead follow-up

  • Support dealership sales and marketing efforts as needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong phone, communication, or telemarketing skills

  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)
