Job Summary
As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal is to handle incoming internet inquiries, manage inbound phone leads, and conduct outbound follow-up calls to schedule sales or service appointments for our dealership teams. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to internet leads and incoming phone inquiries from prospective buyers or service clients.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls, text messages, and email campaigns to follow up with potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and accurately input customer data into our CRM system.
  • Schedule sales and service appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and reschedule no-show appointments.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Coordinate closely with sales advisors, service managers, and team leaders to ensure seamless customer hand-offs.
