Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Honda of Princeton is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team in Princeton, New Jersey. Located at 987 State Road in Princeton, Honda of Princeton has served the community for nearly 50 years and is recognized as a Honda President's Award-winning dealership.
What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound service calls and online inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding maintenance and service recommendations
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Assist with appointment reminders and customer retention efforts
  • Work closely with service advisors and management to provide an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications
  • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
