Job description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Toyota Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and efficient workmanship. Whether you are an experienced Toyota-certified technician or an experienced automotive technician looking to advance your career, we provide ongoing factory training, state-of-the-art equipment, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Toyota vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly document vehicle conditions.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hybrid, and drivability concerns.
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize Toyota diagnostic equipment and service information.
  • Maintain productivity while meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors.
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
  • Stay current with Toyota training, certifications, and technical service bulletins.
  • Assist other technicians when needed to ensure efficient shop operations.
  • Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
  • Toyota certification preferred but not required.
  • ASE certifications are a plus.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to use scan tools and computerized diagnostic equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
