Responsibilities of a SecuritySupervisor in Automotive Plant

  • Manage day - to - day site security operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage team of officers
  • Manage schedules
  • Manage access control
  • Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
  • Answer questions in person or by phone
  • Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
  • React quickly to threats or incidents
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
  • Write detailed reports on events and incidents
  • Collaborate with authorities during serious situations

  • Must have Supervisor/Management experience!!!

Qualifications for SecuritySupervisor in Automotive Plant

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
  • You have a state license if required
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
