Position Summary: The Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is the first point of contact for many of our customers. This role is critical to our sales success and focuses on handling inbound and outbound leads, nurturing customer relationships, and setting quality appointments for our Sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, internet leads, texts, and emails from prospective customers.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to internet, phone, and showroom leads to generate appointments.
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments and ensure a smooth handoff to the Sales team.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and appointment outcomes in the CRM.
  • Follow up with customers after appointments or visits to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge on Honda vehicles, dealership offerings, and current promotions.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals related to appointments, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize show rates and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Prior BDC, automotive sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent phone presence and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple communication channels.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese) is a plus.
