Job Summary:

The Service BDC Appointment Coordinator is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound service calls from new and existing customers. 
  • Scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and availability. 
  • Identifying customer concerns and addressing them effectively. 
  • Providing information on service specials and promotions. 
  • Following up with customers to confirm appointments and remind them of upcoming services. 
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM system. 
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a Service BDC role or automotive service department
  • Automotive knowledge is preferred but not required
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer focused with a friendly demeanor
  • Strong ability to work well with others in a team based environment

Hours

  • 9 hour shift 
  • Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm
  • Weekends as needed from 8am - 3pm
