Friendship Automotive is seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead our team of 6 BDC agents across our 3 Beckley WV dealerships. Our ideal candidate thrives on developing people, driving results, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:
  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Agents
  • Collaborate closely with dealership leadership and sales management to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure CRM processes are followed consistently and customer information is maintained accurately
  • Monitor department performance to ensure key performance indicators are consistently achieved
  • Analyze reports and performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and improve overall department effectiveness
  • Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Lead from the front by actively assisting the team during peak business periods and setting the standard for excellence
  • Stay current on Friendship's processes, products, and industry best practices
