Compensation Analyst (on-site)Your knowledge of experience with Compensation, Data Analysis, along with your advanced Microsoft Excel experience, make you a great fit for our Compensation Analyst position. Join our dynamic team today and find a rewarding career with a company that values you and all you bring to the table.About Your Role:The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the daily administration of compensation programs, conducting market analyses, and supporting the design, evaluation, and enhancement of current and future compensation initiatives.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support for compensation programs across all lines of business, Corporate, Supply Chain, and Store Operations
  • Conduct market benchmarking analyses to assess the company's competitive pay positioning and recommend appropriate hiring and promotional pay levels based on internal equity, performance, and external market data
  • Responsible for the evaluation and maintenance of the Company's salary structures
  • Participate in salary surveys and analyze results
  • Assist with all compensation components of the annual performance process, including, merit planning, bonus accrual and calculations, and administration of LTI awards for all Associates
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and make recommendations for enhancements that deliver on Dollar Tree's commitment to pay for performance
  • Collaborate with all areas of the business to assist with the design, implementation, and communication of incentive plans that reward Associates for delivering desired business results
  • Create and maintain documentation for incentive plans for accuracy
  • Work with business partners to accurately benchmark new and existing roles
  • Assist in the development of compensation education and training materials
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure our practices remain competitive and compliant
  • Participate in special projects related to compensation programs or systems on an as-needed basis
Your Required Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in Compensation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights clearly
Preferred Requirements:
  • Compensation experience with a Retail organization
  • Preferred Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM

Start Rate = $75,000-$81,500 based on experience plus 10% bonus.
