Job Description: Conicelli Toyota of Springfield, has an opening for an experienced Assistant Service Manager. If you are driven, results-oriented, and strong at meeting customers' needs, then this position can put you on the fast track to success. Our dealership is committed to exceeding customers' expectations by minimizing their wait times while delivering exceptional, high-quality service. The Assistant Service Manager must be a strong problem-solver who proactively educates customers about the value of maintenance services and takes charge of handling their needs.
