Job Description:
As an Account Executive, you will drive business through the development of relationships of an assigned business portfolio of our existing client base, as well as development of sales leads through personal and company opportunities. Our service base customers cover a variety of industries and vertical markets, from educational institutes, museums, hospitals, government facilities and high rises. You will have ownership of the development of customer opportunities that match Next Level’s service offerings, proposal response, and maintaining customer relationships.

It is common to collaborate with other sales executives, project managers and service technicians in order to customize customer solutions. You will thrive in this position if you can apply your drive, technical aptitude, competitive spirit and client focus to a well-rounded sales strategy.
Job Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Develop, expand and maintain relationships with Building Owners, Facility Managers, Property Managers as well as your internal Next Level team executing opportunities and solutions.
  • Develop the trust of existing and potential customers. Provide technical advice and layout projects to meet customer challenges and budgets pertaining to their building needs.
  • Target owners and end users outside of the current Next Level customer base.
  • Focus on maintaining, developing, and converting existing/new accounts to Technical Service Agreement accounts
  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and work to a sales plan to hit annual goals
  • Estimate project costs and write proposals based upon customer requests and expectations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to provide cost-effective proposals and a foundation for successful execution of a project
  • Keep up to date with current technologies offered in the marketplace and how they can positively benefit our clients
  • Actively participate in trade associations and organizations to network and expand NXL’s presence in the marketplace
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to existing/new customers showcasing, new technology releases, Next Level service offerings, etc.
  • Maintain involvement throughout the complete service sale cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Construction Account Executives to properly turn-over existing new construction accounts during the 80% completion to new TSA’s.
  • Create and implement account management plans
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills amp; Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related studies; or equivalent work experience
  • Three years related experience in sales, construction, or technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems, including the MS Office suite of products
  • Passion to continuously develop and improve selling skills
  • Self-motivated
Essential Functions:
  • Be able to lift and carry drawings, personal computers, material, etc.
  • Maintain a satisfactory driving record, which, per NXL’s vehicle policy, allows the individual to drive a company vehicle or receive auto allowance.

Compensation:
  • $70,000 - $130,000 per year, plus incentives on sales amp; revenue
