Bradford Marine & ATV is looking to add a Service Director to our team!

As a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the President, this position plays a critical role in the company’s strategic growth by scaling operations, streamlining processes to optimize efficiency, and delivering high-quality results in our Service Departments.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, collaborative leader with a proven ability to build relationships, integrate diverse teams, align service operations with strategic goals, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. This is an opportunity to lead transformational changes and drive the success of our Service operations.

-Degree in Finance/Accounting/Supply Chain/Operations Management

-5+ Years experience to include Managerial, Sales, and Operational oversight duties and Service Director or Service Management Experience

-Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

-Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues

-Personality and ability to manage and work with others for the benefit of the company as a whole based on it’s policies and procedures.

-Drive continuous improvement in service by streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing workflows.

-Ability to communicate with senior management and ownership to benefit the overall operation of a successful 55 year old business

-References are Required.

$100k -$150K compensation package built from a base salary plus sales commission.

Working Days are Tuesday-Saturday with some major holidays and occasional 7-day work week requirements.

Travel is required on a weekly basis between all Bradford Marine locations. Overnight travel is possible.

Company vehicle will be provided.

Major Medical, HSA, 401K and paid time off available after waiting period.
