We presently have an employment opportunity for a Service Director in one of our operations.  In this new role, the Service Director strives to operate a higher functioning and profitable department. The Service Director accomplishes objectives through the use of staff, pricing, advertising, and customer satisfaction.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Achieving a higher level of repeat business
  • Regularly remains in contact with customer source and maintains an efficient level of service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve high sales performance by meeting monthly targets for gross profit
  • Increase sales by preparing and formulating annual forecast, adjusting forecast as needed and developing and implementing sales promotions as needed.
  • Maintains gross profit percentages
  • Interacts effectively with co-workers, understands and follows work rules and procedures
  • Remains abreast of current factory incentives and code deliveries on dealership completed accordingly.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
  • Three to five years’ experience in automotive service industry.
  • Leadership qualities and experience.
  • Good communication skills.
