The Customer Service Representative (Temp) will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and focus mainly on customer service, sales support, production redelivery, and production coordination. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and analytical skills and will also be a goal-oriented team player. This role is based on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
**Important Notice:
Eligibility Requirement: Only U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, update, follow up and process all exchange agreements and materials by working closely with multiple departments.
  • Input and confirm data such as process, part numbers, traceability, condition, and delivery for each part.
  • Ensure component exchange agreements are provided and compliance is verified before the transaction is completed.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback on any exchange-related issues.
  • Understand and execute the dropship process.
  • Monitor all exchange-related billing and core unit due dates.
  • Expedite the return of exchange units from repair and oversee exchange inventory FMV updates.
  • Day-to-day internal customer support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Technical school Degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, process-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to generate inventory and revenue forecasts.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with Quantum, and Salesforce
  • Experience in Aviation Industry
