Registered Nurse (RN) - In-Home Senior Care (Pre-Opening Opportunity)

Part-Time / PRN | Flexible Schedule | Opportunity for Full-Time Growth
Caring Senior Service of Jupiter is preparing to bring our award-winning in-home care services to the community, and we're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team during our pre-opening phase.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of our agency from the very beginning. Initially, the position will be part-time and as needed while we complete licensing and prepare to begin serving clients. As our client base grows, the role is expected to transition into a regular part-time position with the opportunity for full-time employment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with clinical oversight during the agency's start-up and licensing process.
  • Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments.
  • Develop and oversee individualized plans of care.
  • Complete caregiver competency evaluations and supervisory visits.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, clients, and family members to coordinate quality care.
  • Help maintain compliance with Florida regulations and Caring Senior Service policies.
Qualifications
  • Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Home health, home care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
  • Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience and the responsibilities required during the pre-opening phase. As client services begin and the role expands, compensation will grow accordingly. Actual annual compensation will vary depending on scheduled hours and overall utilization.
