Assistant Maintenance Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering and significant supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will play a key role in overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting the production team to meet our quality and production goals.

Assistant Maintenance Manager Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
  • Assist in developing and managing the maintenance department budget, including cost control measures and expenditure tracking.
