Shift: Wednesday to Sunday, 4 PM to 4 AM (or flexible options available)
Salary: $95K - $115K, plus 10% bonus incentive

What You'll Do:
  • Kick Off the Day: Lead energizing morning briefings to prioritize tasks and ensure safety.
  • Master Work Orders: Strategically delegate maintenance tasks for maximum efficiency.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct thorough walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Ensure Safety: Uphold and surpass safety standards set by Cushman & Wakefield and regulatory bodies.
  • Data & Reports: Analyze maintenance data to spot areas for improvement and create insightful reports for leadership.
  • Lead the Team: Mentor and develop maintenance technicians, providing guidance, feedback, and training.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs.
  • Skills: Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred.
