ASAP Personnel is the most respected provider in the apartment industry in Texas. Our team provides a full range of services including Property Management, Lead Maintenance, Porter and Assistant Managers. We operate exclusively in Texas' major markets.
ASAP Personnel is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team! This Lead Maintenance position offers competitive pay, as well as room to grow! ASAP Personnel needs an upbeat individual that has attention to detail! Must be HVAC/EPA Certified and have a valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities:
  1. Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  2. Estimate time and extent of repairs.
  3. Perform routine preventive maintenance.
  4. Maintain material and supply inventory.
  5. Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in apartment maintenance required
  2. Must be HVAC certified
  3. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  4. Ability to handle physical workload
  5. Deadline and detail-oriented
  6. Must have reliable transportation
  7. Have experience with chillers
