Payment: Telephone Call and Visit - $45.00 Location: PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS: * Make a PHONE CALL * ON-SITE VISIT/TOUR to an approved apartment complex and inquire about renting an apartment. A VALID Driver's License is REQUIRED for a tour of the property. Evaluate employee’s overall customer service ability (i.e., sales/closing ability, knowledge of property/services/amenities, etc.).
