Job description

Our apartment communities in Cincinnati, Ohio are looking for an experienced go getter maintenance tech looking for the next step in their career, as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting two properties in the Cincinnati area.

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor assists the Maintenance Supervisor in total on-site maintenance of the assigned Property. In the Maintenance Supervisors absence, the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives as set forth by the company. Competitive benefits and salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:Managing budgeted maintenance expenses

Managing work orders and assignments

Training, evaluating, motivating, and supervising all service personnel

All on-site maintenance functions

Physical condition of the Property, including the condition of vacant apartments

Upholding all Company policies, goals and the Company values related to customer service

Knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service

Previous maintenance experiencePrior apartment maintenance experience

Leadership skills and budget management

High School graduate; technical school preferred but not required

HVAC Certification

Regular schedule may include weekends and on calls.
