The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:

  • Processing monthly field invoices for assigned projects and/or divisions.
  • Assisting with weekly check run reviews to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications for the position include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

  • Accounts Payable (AP) experience.
  • Prior exposure to Oracle JDE or Concur.

Additional notes for the position: This is an entry-level role, and training will be provided.
Pay Rate Range: $24.00-$25.00 per hour.
