About the Organization

Our organization is a third‑party property management company specializing in luxury multifamily housing. Services include property management, construction services, marketing and branding, and equity support. Our team is committed to high‑quality service, operational excellence, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate will:

  • Work closely with the Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure compliance with company policies, timely check runs, and accurate month‑end procedures.
  • Review invoice coding and communicate discrepancies to property managers, explaining required changes and copying the Accounts Payable Supervisor on correspondence.
  • Perform invoice data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Match vendor checks to invoices and prepare checks for mailing.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of all accounts payable invoices.
  • Audit employee expense reports to ensure proper documentation is included.
  • Follow up on vendor and internal inquiries as directed by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
  • Assist with year‑end preparation of 1099‑MISC forms.
  • Support additional special projects and perform other accounts payable tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate should have:

  • At least one year of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic Excel proficiency.
