About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing and well-established insurance organization seeking a Select Account Manager to support a high-volume portfolio of small commercial accounts. This position is ideal for an organized, service-oriented insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while managing multiple priorities.

The Select Account Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing policy renewals, processing policy changes, and supporting overall account retention through efficient and accurate account management.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service & Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial insurance clients

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests

  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and account updates

  • Resolve billing inquiries and policy-related issues

  • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive and responsive service

Renewal Management
  • Manage the renewal process from start to finish using established timelines and procedures

  • Prepare renewal documentation and coverage comparisons

  • Review coverage options and provide recommendations to clients as appropriate

  • Coordinate with internal teams and carrier partners on renewal strategies and market reviews

Qualifications
