ABOUT THE ROLE

CountryPlace Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Manager to help grow our Servicing Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. The Bi-Lingual Account Manager is responsible for communicating with customers directly to provide account resolution options based on their ability and needs. The Bi-Lingual Account Manager is expected to handle all customer questions, inquiries, and objections with patience, professionalism and ease. The Bi-Lingual Account Manager must represent our clients in the most genuine, personable way to drive exceptional customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Able to negotiate acceptable repayment and financial plans
  • Adequately educate clients on available resolution options
  • Able to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
  • Able to counsel borrowers on effective strategies to meet their obligations
  • Adequately communicate payment status and repayment timelines to borrowers
  • Able to address and resolve questions, complaints, or suggestions
  • Ability to document all activities and communications accurately in systems
  • Effectively adjust work processes to comply with investor guidelines
  • Able to achieve and exceed budget objectives
  • Competent in ability to contact and engage relevant parties via phone calls
  • Display an adequate sense of urgency and ownership in daily tasks
  • Competent professionalism and strong work ethic in all activities
  • Able to perform and support other duties or special projects as assigned
