About the Role
Groth Family Insurance Allstate is seeking a friendly, dependable, and bilingual Bilingual Account Manager to join our team in Pasco, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and providing outstanding service to English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers.
Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. Licensing is preferred, but candidates who are willing to obtain their insurance license after hire are encouraged to apply. We provide training, support, and assistance throughout the licensing process.
Position Overview
As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will serve as an important point of contact for our clients, helping them understand their coverage, manage their policies, and address service-related needs. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will help ensure all clients receive a high level of care and support.
