Administrative Assistant- Bilingual Mandarin
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• At least 1-2 years in Admin related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Mandarin speaker; reading & writing is a plus
Admin Duties:
• Perform front desk duties, including greeting and directing visitors, and managing incoming calls.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Manage, track, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies, including but not limited to stationery, cleaning supplies, toiletries, coffee & tea etc.
• Coordinate for building repairs/maintenance.
• Process payments for facility bills and departmental supply requests.
• Issue internal purchase order per AE statement for regular office facilities bills.
• Product item set ups.
• Update company phone list.
• Help recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Under supervision handle employee relations, such as complaints, health insurance, badge access etc.
• Maintain employee record and compliance with employment regulations.
• Company event planning.
• Employee birthday greeting and gift card.
