Job description

Secretary โ€“ Enrollment Secretary

To assure a smooth and efficient enrollment of all students so that the students receive appropriate services and placements for their education.

Reviews, guides and processes documentation for student enrollment.

Performs the usual office routines and practices associated enrollment of students.

Prepares correspondence, reports, notices and recommendations as required.

Maintains such student records as shall be required.

Obtains, gathers and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form.

Maintains a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files, and processes incoming correspondence as instructed.

Maintains a schedule of appointments and arranges for parent/patron requests.

Welcomes visitors and arranges for their comfort.

Performs such other duties as may be assigned.

Twelve months position

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of noncertified personnel.
