Temporary Staffing Services Contractor
City of Tucson - Human Resources Department
Position Summary
The City of Tucson is seeking qualified staffing partners to provide temporary personnel across multiple City departments on an as-needed basis. The contractor will recruit, screen, place, and manage qualified candidates for administrative, IT, finance, and operational support roles.
Scope of Work
The Contractor shall:
  • Provide qualified temporary employees for City departments.
  • Assign dedicated Account Manager(s) for coordination and support.
  • Ensure all personnel meet required qualifications and workplace standards.
  • Replace unsatisfactory personnel within sixteen (16) business working hours.
  • Manage payroll, onboarding, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain professional conduct for assigned employees.
