Job Description
Under limited supervision, assists the Senior Leadership in managing the operations and administration of the Administrative Offices of Tenet Healthcare institution. Performs all executive secretarial functions to ensure the operating efficiency of the Executive Office.
Responsibilities
  • Performs all executive secretarial functions to ensure the operating efficiency of the Executive Offices
  • Simultaneously handles several projects in a successful and accurate manner
  • Delivers all mail addressed to Administration daily
  • Uses discretion in screening all calls, handling/forwarding as many as possible to appropriate departments
  • Demonstrates flexibility and confidentiality in all aspects of position
  • Oversee and coordinate travel arrangements for direct reports
  • Coordinates business meetings
  • Manages meeting and travel calendar
  • Greets visitors and provides excellent customer service

Qualifications
Education / Experience
  • High School diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive secretarial experience required
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to analyze problems and consistently follow through to solution
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise
  • Proficiency in a windows environment with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet is required
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a complex, matrix environment
