Temp Admin Assistant needs 2 years of experience required

Temp Admin Assistant requires:

  • Excel spreadsheet experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Writing skills
  • Ability to work alone and seek clarification when needed
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 15 lbs.

Temp Admin Assistant duties:

Provides administrative support to the Manager of the lab assigned.

Duties will include file management, transcribing, and Excel data entry.

If time permits, prepare files for archiving.
