Part-Time/Temporary, Administrative Assistant for Academic Affairs, 20 hours/week at $17/hour, USCA Academic Affairs

Under the supervision of the Director of the Student Success Center and in collaboration with the Office of Academic Advising, this position provides administrative support for the daily operations of the Student Success Center and Academic Affairs. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, managing schedules and records, preparing reports and correspondence, assisting with events and student success initiatives, and providing excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors. The position will be cross-trained to provide support across Academic Affairs office as needed. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, exercise sound judgment, and work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, student-center environment. The position requires discretion in handling confidential student information and a commitment to providing outstanding service to the university community. Minimum Requirements: Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Requires 1 or more years of job related experience. Preferred: Bachelor's degree preferred.
