Aquent is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Administrator to join a fast-paced corporate environment. In this pivotal role, you won't just be managing schedules; you'll be the strategic partner who ensures seamless operations, empowers leadership, and directly contributes to the success of critical projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide complex calendar management for multiple senior executives, utilizing your keen problem-solving abilities as challenges arise.
  • Manage the full life-cycle of internal hardware procurement, ensuring local teams have the necessary devices to perform their job functions.
