Admin Support needed for the AR Department of a large contractor in Brea, CA.
Temporary-to-Hire position paying $23-24/hr, depending on experience. Hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (though could be flexible to change once fully trained). 
This position will involve contacting customers (all businesses) regarding overdue payments via phone and email and sending the requested information to bring the account up to date.   
Requirements:

  • An ideal candidate will have Customer Service experience in an office setting or call center, as well as strong administrative skills.   
  • Someone with great customer service and people skills.
  • MS Office is required.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Someone with high energy who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
