Location: Petaluma, CA
Pay Rate: $26–$28 per hour
Position Type: Temporary

The temporary Office Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Scheduling jobs and inspections
  • Applying for city and/or county permits
  • Invoicing and processing payments
  • Sending out estimates
  • Processing payroll
  • Utilizing Apple and Google platforms

The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break.
