Job description

We are seeking an experienced Intune Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), Android Zero Touch, SOTI, and enterprise device security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise mobility environments, integrating device-management platforms, deploying certificates, and troubleshooting complex Intune-related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for enterprise mobile device and application management.

  • Configure and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies.

  • Manage Android Zero Touch enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Support and administer SOTI MobiControl environments and mobile device deployments.

  • Manage and troubleshoot SOTI and Intune compliance partner integration.

  • Support integration with Identity Providers (IdP) and enterprise authentication services.

  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot iOS certificate deployment using Microsoft PKI.

  • Configure device compliance, security, enrollment, application, and configuration policies within Intune.

  • Monitor Intune service performance, availability, device health, and enrollment status.

  • Troubleshoot Intune, device enrollment, application deployment, compliance, authentication, and certificate-related issues.

  • Analyze recurring issues and implement solutions to improve device-management reliability.

  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, identity, application, and endpoint teams.

  • Maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, and operational procedures.

  • Provide clear communication and timely updates to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, MDM, and MAM.

  • Strong experience with Android Zero Touch.

  • Experience with SOTI MobiControl.

  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting SOTIโ€“Intune compliance partner integration.

  • Experience working with Identity Providers (IdP) and enterprise authentication.

  • Expertise in iOS certificate deployment using Microsoft PKI.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve Intune-related issues.

  • Experience monitoring Intune performance, service health, and availability.

  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise mobility and endpoint management environments.
