HR Administrator (Bilingual Spanish)
Payrate: $30.00/hr or DOE

We are seeking a hands-on HR Administrator to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and have experience managing benefits administration and workersโ€™ compensation claims while supporting employees and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily HR administrative support to employees and management
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions
  • Manage and follow up on workersโ€™ compensation claims, coordinating with insurance carriers and medical providers
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and HR compliance requirements
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Track HR data and maintain accurate records in HR systems
  • Support HR initiatives and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with benefits administration
