Onsite: Lynwood, CA

Report To: HR  Manager

Travel: Lynwood & Paramount

Type: Temp to hire role

Compensation: $20.00 - 24.00 (p/h)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  •  Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Administers the compensation program and monitors the performance evaluation
    program
  • Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt employees at site level
  • Assists with employee relations at site level with support of Human Resources
    Generalist / HR Manager .
  • Performs benefit administration at site level and communicates all benefit information
    to employees
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to
    established goals.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll including compiling, checking
    and transmitting, and related recordkeeping.
  • Maintains personnel files and ensures all legal requirements are met.
  • Promotes and practices safety and good housekeeping
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Maintains human resources information systems records and compiles reports from
    database
  •  Maintains compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning employment
  • Weekly / Monthly data reports 
  • Handles on-boarding of new employees at site level
  • Other Duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 1 plus year experience in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
