Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Administers the compensation program and monitors the performance evaluation
program - Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and non-exempt employees at site level
- Assists with employee relations at site level with support of Human Resources
Generalist / HR Manager . - Performs benefit administration at site level and communicates all benefit information
to employees - Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to
established goals. - Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll including compiling, checking
and transmitting, and related recordkeeping. - Maintains personnel files and ensures all legal requirements are met.
- Promotes and practices safety and good housekeeping
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Maintains human resources information systems records and compiles reports from
database - Maintains compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning employment
- Weekly / Monthly data reports
- Handles on-boarding of new employees at site level
- Other Duties as assigned

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 1 plus year experience in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or
evening work
