Hybrid Position
CAD Engineering Resources, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources. The HR Administrator will support daily HR operations, assist with employee onboarding, maintain employee records, and help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, eager to learn, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator:
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Process employee paperwork including new hire documents, terminations, and status changes
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Help coordinate employee training, and engagement activities
  • Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as needed
  • Support other administrative duties within the HR department

Qualifications of the Human Resources Administrator:
