Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00
About the Opportunity - HR Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to support our Human Resources team in our Minneapolis office. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent support to employees and leadership.
Responsibilities - HR Administrator
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientations, and employee documentation.
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
  • Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Process employment-related paperwork and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications - HR Administrator
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
