Join our team as a Temporary Human Resources Receptionist in Yakima, WA! 

This is a temporary position that will provide immediate support to our HR Operations team, with a projected end date of 9/04/26.

Position Highlights:

         $17.31-$21.20/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

What You'll Do:

         Greet and guide visitors; notify staff of arrivals

         Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff

         Monitor HR email and respond to basic inquiries; forward others as needed

         Organize and maintain HR records, including personnel files and confidential documents

         Manage mail services for USPS, FedEx, and UPS deliveries

         Coordinate with the Building Manager to resolve issues

         Maintain office supply inventory and order supplies for HR staff

         Monitor company vehicle check-in/out process and handle related correspondence

         Process and print badges for new hires, transfers, and status changes; manage badge access

         Track compliance for certain employee licenses and certifications; communicate directly with employees

         Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

         High School Diploma or GED

         Additional relevant training, coursework, or schooling beyond high school is a plus!
