As a Payroll Packaging Specialist, you'll play an important part in supporting our team by preparing and distributing payroll and tax documents for our clients. This entry-level, onsite position is a great opportunity to learn how a company like HR Butler helps businesses manage their payroll and HR needs.

You'll help package and track important materials, assist with office supply orders, and support other departments when needed - all while gaining exposure to the essential services we provide to businesses across the region.

What You'll Do:

  • Package and send payroll documents and paychecks to clients and employees.
  • Prepare and send tax documents and checks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track shipments using UPS, USPS, and Best Courier to confirm delivery.
  • Process and package garnishment checks/documents as assigned.
  • Greet and assist guests at the Payroll Counter in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Assist the Executive Administrative Assistant with ensuring office supplies are stocked.
  • Support other departments with light administrative tasks as needed.

  • Comfortable using basic computer tools, including email and spreadsheets.
